1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery within the U.S. usually takes 3–5 business days.


2. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes.

  • Returns: within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and in original condition.

  • Exchanges: within 30 days of delivery.
    Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


3. Where is Lakseena Jewelry based?

We are located in Huntingdon Valley, PA, where all of our pieces are designed, cast, polished, and finished.


4. What materials do you use?

We work with sterling silver, gold plating, gold vermeil, and high-quality stones.
All materials are inspected carefully before use.


5. Do you offer repairs?

Yes. We can repair or re-finish items depending on the condition.

6. Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we accept custom and personalized orders.
Please note that custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.


7. What is your sizing policy?

If your item doesn’t fit, you may request an exchange within 30 days.
Items must be unworn and in original condition.

We respond within 24 hours on business days.


9. Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend tracked shipping.
We are not responsible for lost return packages.


10. Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only.


11. Are gift orders returnable?

Gift orders follow the same policy:

  • Returns within 14 days

  • Exchanges within 30 days
    Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
